How It Works
When you log into your Start Fresh Today account, you'll have five options:
Debtors: When you click on the "Debtors" icon, you'll see a listing of all debtors whose attorneys have designated you the Trustee in that case. By clicking on the name of any client assigned to you, you'll be able to view client and case details and make document requests specific to that client.
Firms: Clicking on "Firms" will bring up a listing of all consumer bankruptcy law firms that have listed you as one of their local trustees. You'll find firm details like contact information in this listing.
Requirements: Create two separate customized profiles, one for debtors with real estate and one for debtors without. Participating attorneys can view your requirements to ensure that they've ordered all of the due diligence products you specify. And if an attorney overlooks a document in a case for which you're listed as Trustee, he'll receive an alert reminding him that you require that document.
Resources: The "Resources" icon opens Start Fresh Today's free bankruptcy resources, including two Means Test Calculators, statutes, forms, and more.
Account: Create and edit account details. Some of these details, like your contact information, will be viewable by participating attorneys.
